My reading behavior these days is erratic. The pressing demands at work  have eaten up most of my precious time. But hey, it’s not the end of the world yet. Seeing the titles in the spines and the various colors piling up my shelf, I feel I’m secured and rich. With a book in my hand, I’m in good company of my self, because “we read to know we’re not alone” says William Nicholson.

My current reading list I’m ogling into:

  • Firstlight by Sue Monk Kidd for god-spark inspiration
  • Three Letters l the Andes by Patrick Leigh Fermor for travelling ideas

Bunch of exciting reads on the shelf seeking for my time and attention:

  • Goldfinch by Donna Tart ( a gift )
  • Color Purple by Alice Walker
  • Daughter of Fortune by Isabel Allende
  • The Kitchen God’s Wife by Amy Tan
  • Neither Here nor There by Bill Bryson
  • Out of Egypt by Andre Acciman
  • The Bridge Across Forever by Richard Bach
  • The Wolf Gift by Anne Rice
  • The Friday Knitting Cub by Katie Jacobs
  • The Magician’s Assistant by Anne Patchet
